Approval for Ashfield Baptist homes DA just before Christmas. BMA are looking forward to the next stage.

We are excited that this seniors housing project is moving into design development for lodgement with Council in a few months. BMA brings our extensive medium density housing experience to this collaboration, which is focused on delivering a high quality, social and engaging environment for the residents.

The DA for our Ashfield Baptist Homes (ABH) residential aged care project was lodged recently with Inner West Council. BMA's brief was to apply our multi-unit residential experience to an existing DA consent which had proven too expensive to build, and did not meet current market expectations. Our focus on improving the design and operational efficiency, contribution to the neighbourhood, and market suitability of the accommodation type has resulted in a viable and exciting project for ABH. We look forward to sharing more as this project progresses.
