Kudos to our builder who has sent over some great progress photos of this project. The CLT roof has been framed and sheeted, and the box gutters and rainwater heads have also been installed.

It’s fantastic to see progress on site, with the house now close to being closed up. The quality of space in concert with the expressed timber finish is exceptional, and will only get better as the project is fitted out. BMA actively promote the use of CLT technology across a broad range of projects - from individual homes to large span industrial buildings. This is a future focused clean, responsible and beautiful design and construction technology. Completion is due in September 2023.

One of our residential projects located in Northbridge has gone through a fast-paced first stage of construction. In less than a week, the beautiful cross laminated timber (CLT) structure has been constructed. The internal walls are to be clad in plasterboard over the next few weeks. We are very happy with the recent progress we have been able to make on this project!
