Kincoppal is a residential apartment complex sited on the largest private land holding on the harbour. BMA were initially engaged to provide contract administration services on the conversion of unused common property within a heritage building on the site into 4 apartments. Following the successful completion of this project, we prepared designs for the refurbishment of the pool and a new pool-house building comprising change rooms and a multi-function space. Construction of the pool building is due to commence mid 2025, with common area works to follow.
